Hello,Welcome back to the HP Forums!I understand you're unable to use the Intel Rapid Storage Technology on your notebook. It sounds like your system does not support RST. I have a few questions:1. Could you please tell me which notebook you have? For information on finding your product and model numbers click here:2. Please tell me which chipset you are running on your notebook.

You can find this in Device Manager under System Devices.3. Please provide the drive information for each drive in the notebook including Size, Type (HDD, SSD, Hybrid), and connection (SATA, mSATA).4. Is this a new issue or has it never worked? If it's a recent issue perform a system restore to when the RST was working properly. You can see how to do this here:.5. Please use the following version of the Intel RST drivers ( 10.0.0.1046):.6.
Make sure you BIOS is up to date. You can download this on the support page for your notebook here:.7. Are you trying to configure RAID?Let me know if the drivers, BIOS, or restoring works; or the answer to the above questions.
